We want you to love your Yamazaki products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original product packaging and shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
